Wings of Spring Event

You are invited to participate in our World Migratory Bird Day celebration on Saturday, May 10th at Camp Emmaus! As you can see from the pictures above, Lake Morgan and the forests of Camp Emmaus are home to a variety of bird species. This day event will be full of learning and bird-themed activities!

Bring your binoculars and your hiking boots as we spend the day identifying birds, learning about bird habitats, build bird feeders and connect in God’s beautiful creation! The full schedule for this awesome event is shared below. All ages are welcome and the cost is $30 per person. 9:30AM – Morning Hike with Observe & Learn Stations
* Station 1: Dock & Canoe Beach – Waterfowl and Surrounding Bird Habitats
* Station 2: Forest Field – Nests and Tree Habitats
11:00AM – Bird Art Session (painting, sketching, coloring pages)
12:00PM – Lunch
12:45PM – Devotion & Songs
1:15PM – Bird Feeder Crafts
2:30PM – Afternoon Hike with Observe & Learn Stations
