The Pathways Team

Chris Andreasen

Executive Director

Chris Andreasen joined the Pathways team in July 2018 as Interim Executive Director and accepted the call of Executive Director of Pathways in May of 2019. His passion for camping, canoeing, and outdoor ministry along with his positive energy make him a great addition to the Pathways team. Chris enjoys playing soccer, fishing, traveling, doing maintenance projects, and spending time at the lake in his free time. Chris brings with him a sense of optimism and excitement about the future of Pathways that will be realized through hard work, personal connections, asking for help and lots of prayer.

Kale Johnson

Program Director

Kale Johnson accepted the call to join the Pathways team as Program Director, in January 2022. Kale brings experience as a former summer staff member of 7 years, as well as a strong passion for outdoor ministry and building relationships. They are excited to use their creative gifts to cultivate ideas and build relationships throughout the Pathways community. In their free time, Kale enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, biking, playing guitar, dabbling in film photography, cooking, and spending time with family.

Jen Finch

Office Manager

Jen Finch felt the call to serve the community from a young age. She also always wanted to play office as a child, so she is living her dream doing both with Pathways. Jen joined the Pathways team in April of 2022 and brings with her many years of experience and a vast knowledge of office management, social media, customer service, and a passion for nature. Jen thrives on efficiency and loves learning new things. In her spare time, you’ll find her shadowed by her miniature poodle Eddie, as he is always accompanying Jen with tending to her large plant collection, hiking, reading, listening to music, cooking, painting, and traveling.

Brad Fossen

Facilities Director

Brad Fossen has been the Facilities Director for Pathways since April 2005. Throughout his time here he has seen and helped guide Pathways through many changes. Improving the camps and keeping everyone safe is his number one priority. While many campers enjoy our ropes course, maintenance challenges are his kind of adrenaline rush! He loves having his office be the great outdoors. Some of his hobbies include hunting, fishing, spending time with family, and of course, fixing anything he can get his hands on.
