The Pathways Team

Chris Andreasen

Executive Director (Interim)

Chris Andreasen has come onboard as Interim Executive Director of Pathways Lutheran Outdoor Ministries. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having previously been with Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch and Tri-City Storm Soccer Club. His passion for camping, canoeing, and outdoor ministry along with his positive energy makes him a great addition to the Pathways team. As we look towards the 50th anniversary of Pathways, there is a sense of optimism and excitement about the future of Pathways.

Andrea Wright

Program Director

Andrea Wright started in her position as Program Director in February of 2017, but she is no stranger to Pathways! As a camper and as a summer staff, her passion for youth work and outdoor ministry was sparked and encouraged. As a former missionary with the YAGM program of the ELCA and with a background in hospitality, she brings a sense of adventure, warm welcomes, and a strong belief in the ways that camp can help individuals, families, and communities flourish.

Misty Fry

Office Manager

Misty Fry started as Office Manager for Pathways in late April 2017. She has an exciting range of experience, from taking care of bookkeeping in an office setting to her most recent years as an art instructor for the City of Moorhead. She has a passion for seeing kids grow and learn, and the office at Pathways has been the perfect place for her to use her gifts in keeping things organized. She is excited to see where Pathways will grow in the future.

Brad Fossen

Facilities Director

Brad Fossen has been the Facilities Director for Pathways since April 2005. Throughout his time here he has seen and helped guide Pathways through many changes. Improving the camps and keeping everyone safe is his number one priority. While many campers enjoy our ropes course, maintenance challenges are his kind of adrenaline rush! He loves having his office be the great outdoors. Some of his hobbies include hunting, fishing, spending time with family, and of course, fixing anything he can get his hands on.
