Summer Program Director

Requirements: Two years of camp experience (one year in a leadership role), 21 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications: Two years of camp experience at Pathways (one year in a leadership role), two years of college, 21 years of age or older, and a valid driver’s license.

Works accordingly with the Program Director, Day Camp Coordinator, APDs, and the kitchen and support staff to ensure that summer programming is run safely and smoothly at camp. Daily duties include conducting staff meetings, running canteen and camp store, and directly supervising the counseling staff. Also serves as a representative for Pathways to pastors, youth directors, parents, volunteers and guests. After primary duties are fulfilled, the Summer Program Director is to assist with various activities as needed.

$400 per week
